WVH® Waterproof Paneling Adhesive

A great wet room installation depends on more than just the panels - it depends on using the right products throughout. The Slatpanel® Hydro Adhesive & Sealant is a two-in-one formula designed from the ground up to work with the Slatpanel® Hydro panel range, handling both the bonding and the sealing in a single, straightforward product.

Whilst the Hydro panel faces are fully waterproof by design, cut edges, the tongue and groove joint between panels, and joins where panels meet adjacent surfaces - such as shower trays, tiles, and wall returns - all need to be properly addressed to prevent water from finding its way behind the installation. The Slatpanel® Hydro Adhesive & Sealant handles all of this. Apply it to the back of the panel to bond it securely to the substrate, then use it along the tongue and groove edge, at cut edges, and around the perimeter to create a continuous, watertight seal throughout.

The formula is specifically developed for wet and humid environments, so you can install with confidence knowing the bond will hold long-term - even in a daily-use shower. Once cured, it remains flexible to accommodate minor movement and thermal expansion without cracking, and it is mold and mildew resistant to keep your installation looking clean and fresh for the long term.

Unlike general-purpose grab adhesives or bathroom sealants, you don't need two separate products to complete the job. The Slatpanel® Hydro Adhesive & Sealant is all you need from first panel to finished edge.

Black works well alongside the oak, walnut and gray oak panels, as it blends into the black slat gaps for a seamless finish. The white pairs naturally with the white colorway, blending into the white slat gaps effortlessly. Apply using a standard caulking gun, and smooth sealant beads to a neat finish with a damp finger or smoothing tool.
